S.L.O. Tow

It’s very rare that you find a company who is professional, they stick to their word and are personable. This is what I absolutely loved about this company! After my car got towed to SLO Tow following an accident, was able to easily use my AAA membership to get my vehicle towed from their yard to my house in Paso Robles. I highly recommend this team of hard-working individuals. They made a bad situation -much better for me. Thanks for everything Sid & Rob + everyone else & keep up the great work!

Rob is the MAN! He was so professional, careful, and quick. He got in touch with me within 5 minutes of my Verizon Roadside assistance app connecting me. I was unsure of whether or not he could help due to my car being in a tight spot, but he let me text some pictures of the surroundings, determined he could help, and about 20 minutes later my car was on its way with him to the shop. SLO Tow Rocks 👍👍

I had accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called A couple different tow companies they all wanted to gouge the price. I finally managed to call SLO Tow they gave me the best price and we’re there in less than 15 minutes. ROB was the driver. Rob got out of the truck and said “ don’t worry bro I got you” I needed to get my sons baby food out of the car. I was very stressed until Rob showed up. He was done in a minute and was very polite and courteous I would definitely recommend them!! 5 stars guys you deserve it! Thank you again!!!

July 21, 2019. My Truck needed to be TOWED on a Flatbed Tow Truck, so I called AAA & they had originally DISPATCHED another Towing Company from San Luis Obispo(the name I wont mention). After waiting for 1 hour, I received a phone call from AAA telling me that the particular TOWING Company that originally took the Dispatch Call CANCELLED on me. I was Pissed, so I was told by AAA that they were going to find another Towing Company and that could take up to 3 hours. Within 30 minutes I received a Text from AAA that S.L.O Towing had accepted the dispatch to pick up my truck & they would be out to me within the hour. Well, it seemed like 15 minutes, I received a call from ROB(SLO Tow Truck Driver) who was Very Customer Service & Happy. He said I will be there in 5 minutes to pick up your truck. He arrived got out of his Tow Truck & met me with a Big Smile and told me I GOT YOU, I will take care of your tow(Mind you my tow was from SLO down to Santa Clarita Ca. 170 mile tow). I have to write this because ROB completely turned my mood around with his Great Personality & Customer Service. I am SURE all of the FOLKS at SLO Towing are like this, but if ROB comes to your Tow believe me you will see the Great Customer Service & Great Attitude he has about HELPING. Rob, Thanks again. You are the BEST.
