S.L.O. Tow

Just got home from tow with Robert Hart. What a great human being! The tow was 3 hrs and Robert was so genuinely kind the ride flew!. From the moment he picked me up he made it his priority to see that I was comfortable. Robert was a very safe and courteous driver. He made sure to check if I was comfortable and was easy to talk to which made the trip go by quickly. I would highly recommend SLO Tow and Robert.

Hello, I just had Rob from SLO Towing pick up my Navigator from Pismo Beach and tow the vehicle to my home in Bakersfield. What a great experience I had. Rob is very polite and helpful. We had Michael from SLO Towing tow our vehicle after being disappointed by a different tow company. Michael made a very inconvenient situation pleasurable. Our vehicle was in a very tight spot and he made it work!! He was understanding, courteous, professional and prompt. We would highly recommend him and the company to anyone that needs this service.

This is the best tow truck company I have dealt with. Michael arrived within 15 minutes and did a great job loading up my 74 corvette. This car is low to the ground and fully restored he arrived in a nice large flat bed tow truck, placed wood down to keep the approach angle good and make sure nothing rubbed on the car. He had to take my car almost 200 miles and did so with a great mood. He arrived in a timely manner in a great mood. Very nice tow truck driver great experience for having a broke down car. If I ever need a tow in that area again he will be the first one I called.

I had a recent unfortunate incident and San Luis Obispo TOW or SLO Towing. Long story short: These gentlemen and ladies: They were extremely polite and understanding my temporary situation. I will definitely recommend San Luis Obispo!

Our car insurance towing service connected us to a towing company out of our county, in fact, it was in Colorado [crazy]! I'm in California. This was after I had contacted our insurance company 2 days prior and scheduled a tow. The morning of the scheduled tow and after 2 hours of multiple phone calls due to the lack of service, the insurance co. argreed to contact a different "venue", meaing a different towing company, and they chose S.L.O.Tow. Once that was done, they were fast and communication was back to normal. Rob the S.L.O.Tow employee who attended our tow actually discovered the real problem of a battery malfunction, and suggested alternatives to towing. I couldn't be happier, and I saved over $500 by not towing or having to purchase an over-priced battery at the repair shop. He was able to start the car and the rest is history!

Called SLO Tow when a female family member had a blowout on the downside of Cuesta Grade this morning, they hooked us up with help in 10 minutes, and it was for free. They put the customer first and had a free service offered by the county, Caltrans, and CHP on the grade, response in 10 minutes. Tell a friend and family, SLO Tow is the way to go!!
